Honey Garlic Chicken
Here’s what you need:
1 pound of boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
5 tbsp. honey
2 cloves garlic,minced
1 tsp. sriracha
2 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. cornstarch
Pre heat the oven to 350.
Put salt and pepper on the chicken breasts and cook about 4 minutes on each side.
In a small bowl whisk together the soy sauce, honey, garlic, sriracha, oil and corn starch.
Spray a baking dish with cooking spray. Add the chicken and pour the soy sauce mixture over the chicken. Bake for 40 minutes. Turn the oven on broil. Spoon some of the sauce from the dish over the breasts and cook for another five minutes.
You can top with scallions and sesame seeds.
